แกงเผ็ด

I walked two and a half miles yesterday, then three and a half today. To celebrate, I have made this delicious kaeng phet, also known as Thai red curry. All veggies (red bell pepper, onion, snow peas, sugar snap peas, broccoli, sweet potato, and bamboo shoots) plus tofu. I don’t cook often, but this is one of the things that I love most, and am the best at cooking.
